各位好!!
因為被國外騙錢所以要撰寫一段文字指控他詐欺並求償
我自己的翻譯看來看去都太幼稚了(感覺語氣不夠正式，無法像中文寫公文那種氣勢)
可以請各位幫我修改一下嗎T.T 謝謝
中文版:
今年五月我已經匯款50%訂金給你，
但貨品抵台後發現提單持有者/貨品持有權皆不是我，而電話與郵件均無法聯繫上你。
八月底前將我的訂金退還給我，否則我將委任加拿大的律師
對你以詐欺罪名採取法律行動。
英文版:
We've made 50% deposit to you this May.But We ARE NOT the holder of B/L
and the goods didn't belong to us when goods arrived in Taiwan.
Till now we still can’t find you via email and phone, RETURN OUR MONEY BACK
before end of Aug,2015.Otherwise you will be charged with Offenses of
Fraudulent by lawyer we hired in Canada.
