請問第三行，A major cigarette trafficker為何不必在句首加As
這樣兩句不就沒有連接詞
還是說 一個主要的香菸商人 整句是he的補語?
另外，為何 Marlboro Man 前面不用加a? 不是類似比喻的用法嗎 ?
