[請益] 自我介紹與地址的相關問題？急~高手幫忙

Good morning, my dear Professors. I am very glad to be here for your
interview.
My name is WANG,DA-TONG.I am 24 years old.
I was born on July 5,1991 in Keelung.
There are 4 people in my family, including my parents,my brother,and me.
I graduate from Takming University of Science and Technology.
My brother works in a computer company. He is a computer engineer.Because of
my borther, I love surfing the Internet very much. I play the computer for
about 1 hours every day. I wish I could be a computer program designer in the
future.
I have one years‘ experience in my present post, which I am leaving to
better myself.
Thank you for your listening and I hope thereafter you can understand me more.

2.另外想問名子的念法，事先唸姓？還是先唸名？WANG,DA-TONG中間的逗號要唸嗎？
3. June 5,1991是順著念，還是要先念1991在唸June 5
4.還要問一下hear和listen，使用的時機是？
5.地址如何唸呢？(好長一串)
