我在VOA聽到一篇新聞
有個部分不太懂
One man from Uganda criticized his studies in Wuhan, central China. The man
asked that he not be identified. He said his classes are in English.
But he said his professors cannot answer his questions because they do not
speak English. The student said he himself does not know much Chinese.
想問一下這句話的taht子句
為什麼是用not be，
而不是was not呢？
另外這個identified該如何理解呢？
