[請益] engagement book?
一直以來我的認知engagement book應該都是指給即將步入婚姻的男女拍攝的攝影集
可是我看到這段文字（作者是美國人）
For years I have kept an engagement book showing all the appointments I had
during the day. My family never made any plans for me on Saturday night,
for the family knew that I devoted a part of each Saturday evening to the
illuminating process of self-examination and review and appraisal. After dinner
I went off by myself, opened my engagement book, and thought over all the
interviews, discussions and meetings that had taken place during the week.
我好奇的是，"engagement book"有其它的用法嗎？
還是說在這裡是指什麼東西？翻成「行事曆」ok嗎？
