[求譯] 有contain又有including的句子
有點長的句子：
Please send us proof (screenshot) that contains all the transaction details
including the time and date of completion so we can verify with the advertiser.
不知道怎麼翻才順，尤其是又有"contains"又有"including"
我稍微試譯的結果還是很卡，

不知道有沒有比較好的翻譯？
