我在幫我老闆翻譯保密協議，其中有一段覺得翻得不是很妥當。 上來請教，煩請高手解答。 All Confidential Information disclosed under this Agreement shall be and remain the property of the disclosing Party and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting or conferring any rights to such Confidential Information on the other Party. 翻譯 A.在本協議下揭露的所有機密資訊中，應是且歸屬於揭露方的財產而本協議中的任 何規定不得解釋為授權或賦予任何權利予另一方。 B.在本協議下揭露的所有機密資訊中，應是且歸屬於揭露方的財產而本協議中的無 規定部分亦不得解釋為授權或賦予任何權利予另一方。 感覺都不太對，麻煩高手解答。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.57.77.251
