[文法] 請教一句來自BBC的文章

for more than 20 years.
1.請問各位先進，該taught是形容詞子句的簡化嗎？要如何還原？
2.那先行詞是experts？
不好意思，小弟目前初學文法，不是很能靈活解析各句文法，懇請先進們
