[請益] 附加問句, 時態問題, from, 完成式
1. He wasn't going to the movies, ___?
(a) wasn't he
(b) was he
(c) wouldn't
(d) didn't he
這題應該是(b)嗎？
疑惑的地方在was going to，這裡為什麼會是用過去進行式？
怎麼不是用過去簡單式: He didn't go to the movies, did he?
2. When was her son born?
(a) He was born this year.
(b) He is born last year.
(c) He was born today.
(d) He was born one year ago.
這題感覺除了(b)以外，時態上都沒有問題吧？
但硬要選我會選(d)
因為(a),(c)的this year和today可能是還沒發生的未來
不知道我這樣想是不是對的呢？
3. Where are you from?
(a) I came from Taiwan.
(b) I am from Taiwan.
(c) I come from Taiwan.
(d) I comes in.
因為是be動詞問，所以要選(b)？
如果是Where do you come from，是不是就要選(c)呢？
請問Where are you from? 和 Where do you come from? 這兩句意思上有差別嗎？
4. The final purchase price was higher than the investors ___ previously
(a) expect
(b) has expected
(c) expecting
(d) had expected
配合前面時態
因為前面用was，所以選(d)嗎？
如果前面用is，就是選(b)嗎？
5. Mr. Bill asked me if ___(ever meet) Miss Lin.
和上一題類似
因為前面用asked，所以後面had ever met嗎？
如果前面用ask，後面是用have ever met嗎？
以上問題，找不到答案，也不清楚怎樣認知是比較合理的
所以想麻煩大家幫我解惑一下
