這是一個線上考卷的問題，有關設備清潔方面的，
但文法讓我有點迷糊了，整句話是這樣的：
As we clean what are at least 3 out of 6 key considerations
related to the length of time that we clean?
請問這句話是倒裝嗎？
What are at least 3/6 key consideration related to the length of time
that we clean as we clean?
還是那個開頭的As 是當when或是while 用？
不過這樣後面的that就怪怪的了，有that當成類似then的用法嗎？
希望有神人能幫我解答一下，怕誤會了題目的意思。
