答案是D，但感覺A或B好像也可以
不知道是不是有甚麼用by的慣用用法

但我不懂A和B之間加入的作用對整個句子的影響
C好像也對，但是錯的原因不知到是不是因為not only 比較適合放句首@@?
不然感覺好像也沒有其他錯的地方...
D的話是不是變成is not only就對了呢@@?
