[求譯] 請問一句有關法國大革命的譯法

以上這句話裡的兩個"institutional"和"institution"
各位高手覺得應該怎麼翻比較好呢？
文章脈絡是在講法國大革命時國王與貴族被處決，
除了這句話以外沒有別的地方提到institution。
