[文法] 一段落文法請益
The black belt is a globally-recognized symbol of expertise across the
martial arts and "awarding" it to the secretary-general "represents" how
strongly "matched" the WTF's values "are" with the United Nations.
從這句短文中，小弟觀察到幾個疑惑的點，分述如下：
1.awarding和represents怎能同時並存？
2.matched和are又為何可以並存且時態不一致呢？
感覺有點混亂，因小弟正處於學習文法階段，功力尚未成熟。麻煩各位先進給予指點。
