[文法] 新手想請問一句文法
今天在讀英文雜誌的時候，有看到下面這個句子
Abrahan Lincon,the 16th President of the US, helped
Americans purchase lands at very low prices, created
^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^
the first federal incom tax, founded a nation banking
^^^^^^^
system, and put many reforms into action.
想請問兩個問題
1. purchase 用原型是因為這句是名詞子句，而who省略了是嗎?
2. 逗號我記得不能當成連接詞來使用，那為何created,founded
不必改成Ving的形式呢?
