[請益] 間接問句以及複合關係代名詞
各位好
今天家教學生 學生課文有提到一段
1.Courage is what made me into the successful person you see before today.
關於what部份，是複合關係代名詞。學生說老師寫 what= the thing that，
可是我腦袋卻是想 the thing which？ 到底哪個正確？
其次
2. 我想到間接問句 wh- +S+ V 例如：Who told you that is important.
是不是我可以把 who 解讀成 The one（某人）who told you that is important.呢？
我個人覺得文法who這樣解讀正確，而且也可以提醒學生 間接問句開頭（指一件事）
動詞需注意「現在式單數」Vs。 不過我查了文法書，似乎複合關係代名詞只有what一字
可是我已經跟家教學生說 who=the one who, where= the place which,
when= the time which, what= the thing which。突然覺得自己很糟糕，沒有確認
就直接教導學生。
3. 若要修改學生概念，是否要從 whoever, whatever, wherever. whenever 再教起呢？
