[請益] while 的用法
Human resource experts and career advisers seem to agree that while
minorities especially tend to form bonds with people in an organization who
share commonalities, not knowing how to branch out can be a major hindrance.
上句當中的

who share commonalities, not knowing how to branch out can be a major hindrance.
問題:
1.應該是 = 子句 + while + 子句 吧?!
2.know how to branch...的主詞應該也是 minorities吧?!
如果是這樣，省略主詞這樣可以嗎? 我覺得要省略主詞應該在while那句的子句省略
這樣才比較合理吧?!
