[請益] 請問這段文字的意涵
年中跟某位賣家協調一些事情後來買賣沒有成立，當時最後的去信他也沒有回...
後來有看到拍賣他運送著名"May not ship to Taiwan"
今天寫信給他說是不是沒有辦法再買了，他只回了
"What is it that you won't?"
最後加上下面這段文字。

這段好像是是Bob Proctor說的?似乎跟2006的電影秘密有關。
說實在我還是搞不太清楚他想要表達的是什麼。
