[求譯] 不確定報價單的內容 (急)
今天收到一份報價單，但有些地方不是很了解，網路搜尋了一下有些還找得到資料
有些只有相似的意思，又不敢隨便猜，怕弄錯意思產生誤會
所以上來請教一下，希望有相關經驗的大大可以幫忙，謝謝!
1. Run size：請問是"最低生產量嗎"？ 我目前是訂1kg sample，他寫 run size 200
2. Lead time：是指"交貨時間"？此則內文如下---
To be confirmed on placement but can be estimated to 6 – 8 weeks
from receipt of the last customer supplied raw materials and/or
packaging to The A Company.
內文是否為下單6-8周後交貨？從from之後看得懂卻不懂意思...
★試譯：下單後當收到上位顧客提供給A公司之原料及包裝後，約6-8周交貨。
很奇怪的內容啊(囧)
3.Terms: In the event that the Product Owner sells product into a market
where confirmation of compliance with the legal and regulatory has not been
obtained the Product Owner will indemnify the Manufacturer against any
claims arising from this event.
