A tranditional English letter usually begins with as address ,

the date , and perhaps the address of the addressee .
上網查了頗多資料
我的直覺一直覺得兩個preposition中間一定省略某樣東西
但很難想出究竟少什麼， with 不可能為 adverb
想請版友指點一下小弟QQ...
