[文法] 複合關係副詞
請教先輩們.....
1.I'll be home all day; you can stop by ____ you like
a.whenever
b.any time when
此句為何不可選b
whenever不適等於any time when嗎???
2.Her pledge to remain faithful to him was his anchor when he was in prison
此句的pledge是名詞
remain是完全不及物動詞
faithful是形容詞
想問的是to remain可以當adj來修飾名詞pledge對吧??
且因remain是vi所以後可以接形容詞 faithful對嗎???
3.There is no rule that does not ____ exceptions
空隔填has為何不對??
rule是單數,形容詞子句的動詞須跟先行詞一致不是嗎??
