[文法]想請問倒裝句型的還原
No longer do many cities in the United States have a river as the focal point
of urban life, but in San Antonio the river winds through the middle
of the business district, and the River Walk, or Paseo del Rio, is
the city's most popular attraction.
這題因為一開始 no longer 所以可以判斷他是倒裝結構
動詞是have 是複數 那主詞是many cities 可是為什麼不是a river
既然是倒裝 不是應該是V+S嗎
請問還原該怎麼還原
