3. motivate: 給予動機/刺激/啟發
The coach motivates his team with a lot of encouragement. (用鼓勵的方式提振)
Shannon was motivated by her high school English teacher and become a writer.
(受到高中英文老師的啟發而成為作家)
The desire to become rich and famous motivates some actors.
(名利雙收的慾望鞭策著許多演員)
4. realistic: 務實的
It's not realistic to expect such a high percentage of profic.
