[求譯] 一個鬼故事的一句英文
After being in the new place for a couple of years, my mum ran into the
property manager and asked how the old house was.
The property manager said it was okay, but that she had problems keeping
tenants for any longer than a few months.

故事大致上就是講有一家人之前住到鬧鬼的房屋，後來受不了就搬出來了
這一段提到，他老媽後來遇到房仲，然後問那間老房子怎樣，
房仲回答說房子OK，接下來黃色那一段我就看不懂了..
