[請益] 合約including without limitation??
The Client shall indemnify Bank and hold Bank harmless from any loss
or liability (including without limitation, the reasonable fees and
disbursements of counsel) incurred by Bank in rendering services
hereunder or in connection with any breach of terms of this Agreement
by the Client.
我自己的翻譯是:
客戶應賠償銀行，並避免銀行免於因銀行提供服務時產生的損失
(但此損失或是債務並不包含合理的手續費及訴訟費)，
或是任何因客戶違反本協議條款所產生的債務。
疑問是:
其中including without limitation 包含但不限於
是"包含"還是"不包含"???
