(B) what為疑問代名詞，而that所引導的子句裡面沒有缺項，
所以沒有what需要替補的位置，不可以選(B)。
(C) that所引導的名詞子句裡面，包含一個副詞子句跟主要子句，
但卻只有一個連接詞that，故空格的地方引導出地方的副詞子句，
可以用關係副詞where連接。
例：Where there is a will, there is a way. 有志者，事竟成。
(D) 如果本題要放whether，要引導的是語意不明確的名詞子句，
Mary doesn't know whether she should study abroad.
Jack asks me whether he can come.
但本題已由that引導可得知語意明確。
