[請益] "as it is" 如何解釋?
請教各位網友，最近看英文雜誌看到了如下的句子：
As far as I'm concerned, the budget plan can stay as it is.

我查字典，對於「as it is」的解釋不甚瞭解，我覺得我可能誤會它的意思。
字典的解釋有兩種，當在句首或句中時，它的解釋為「because of the situation
that actually exists, used when that situation is different from what
you expected or need」，
字面上來說，可以翻成「事實上，看樣子，照目前情況來看」；
當在句尾時，又可以解釋成「already」，也就是「早已經做了某事」。
我的問題是，「the budget plan can stay as it is」句中的"as it is"，
似乎用上述句尾情形的解釋，也說不通?
想請教一下，是不是有高手可以解釋一下在這裡應該該怎麼解釋才對?
