這是我們學校的翻譯作業，
有兩個英文句子不知道該怎麼翻比較順，
還請各位幫忙，謝謝!
1.An alternative basis for the duty of confidentiality at common law would be to characterize it as an aspect of the doctor's duty of care.
我翻了兩種；
在醫生照顧病人的責任裏頭，保密的義務在普通法系上可以說是照顧責任的另一種基本存在。
還有
在普通法系中的保密責任可以說是另一種可選擇的評斷基準，而這種基準會是描繪醫生的一種照顧層面的一種特徵。
2.More commonly,the 'harm' that results from a breach of confidentiality will be less tangible, and an action in tort much less promising.
我翻成：
更一般而言，那些因違反保密責任而造成的'傷害'，將會變成更沒有實體存在的、更無希望的侵權控訴。
