最近因為工作需要再看英文的法律條文， 其中看到一句實在不知道該怎麼解釋： (a)Except as otherwise provided in Section 204, a court of this State has jurisdiction to make an initial child-custody determination only if: 想請問這邊的except as otherwise該怎麼翻呢？ 如果沒有otherwise大概還看得懂(除了第204條文所提及...) 這邊加上otherwise是要表達怎樣的意思呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.66.243.96
