Each Member State shall also impose the prohibition provided for in Article 2
on any person other than those referred to in that Article who with full
knowledge of the facts possesses inside information, the direct or indirect
source of which could not be other than a person referred to in Article 2.
這句話前面我還ok，是說每個會員國必須禁在第二條的任何人，
再來我就看不太懂了
除了他們與那一條有充分認識內線消息之人有關，無論是直接或間接的來源?
other than不是除了的意思嗎這句有兩個「除了」..好混亂
還有句子中的who 跟which各是指誰呢?
