[請益] where 和 and 的用法
(有板友反映用代號不易看懂，小弟舉個實例，請大家幫幫忙 感恩)
常常在paper上看到，想定義一個東西
例如:He is a good person, where good person means someone who is easygoing.
where是用來補充說明x1是什麼東西
如果我現在的句子是: He is a good person and loves peaceful world.
此時我也要用where來補充說明good person與peace
那後面應該是寫 (1) , where good person means someone who is easygoing and
peaceful world is a world without wars.
還是 (2) , where good person means someone who is easygoing, and
peaceful world is a world without wars.
之前聽過一個說法：and不能直接拿來連接兩個完整句子
所以這樣的話應該是(2)才對嗎？
但是我在longman網路字典看到這樣的句子:
She didn't speak to anyone and nobody spoke to her. http://goo.gl/QXdgr
(這個句子中，and前後都是完整句子)
所以，想請教一下..
and真的不能直接拿來連接兩個完整句子嗎？
