[文法] 請問兩個句子文法

問題:請問為什麼p.p後面又加了v-ing呢

問題:這句with 後段是要看成
(1)with the shutters (which were) down on fancy store and restaurants
(2)with the shutters (which were) down on fancy store and
restaurants(which were)in a stark reminder....
以上兩個哪個才是呢....或者都不是呢
類此with 後又一大串的句型該稱做什麼句型呢?
