[請益] 幾句生活表達中翻英
日常生活中,如果有幾句話要表達:
1.我正在跟別人對話,請等一下.
I am in the ___ of a conversation,please wait a moment.
(state/process/condition 我覺得似乎都可以;但實際上哪個較合理呢?)
2.我試著說服他,但效果不好.
I tried to convince him,but ___.
(it doesn't work / the effect is poor / or...?)
3.你別送她花,那很老套.
You don't send her flowers,that's ___.
(chessy / old fashion/ or.... ?)
請教 如果是你們,會用其他哪種表達方式? 若是在英美的實際說法?
