In order to achieve the goals of resource saving and environment protection
by reducing over-consumption on callphone, this research is based on
3R concept, using Kano model to collect the attributes of customer demand,
then GQFD is used to point out some conflict while implementing new product
deployment. After pointing out the conflict, this research choosing the
appropriate TRIZ innovation principles to design new product
according to the contradictions matrix which can be used to solving
conflicts by choosing proposed TRIZ innovation principles.
