[請益] 關於作品集介紹文翻譯

XXX是台灣設計師Tom的精選作品，
收錄這位設計師自出生以來的設計。
這盒作品集包含設計者理想的作品，
它的真實呈現就像眼睛在黑暗中，能看到雜訊般真實。
:以下是我的試譯/
XXX is a compilation portfolio by Taiwanese designer Tom,
consisting of all of the designer's works over the course of
his design from the born day to present.
This work porfolio box is include the designer's ideal ones,
and It's reality just like our eyes in the dark can see the real noise.
:想請問的問題/
不知道文法上有沒有錯誤，
自己比較不清楚的是include這個單字是否有要變化 (-ed/ -ing)
另外，作品集就是使用portfolio最好嗎?
Designer這個詞也出現多次，不知後面出現的改為創作者(creator)是否洽當?
如果能夠有更好取代整段翻譯，就請直接大刀砍下去吧。
