I remember being on rounds with an all-male team and hearing the residents
and doctors talk about women patients and nurses and women faculty in ways
that shocked me.
我猜大概是指作者被男性團隊包圍，聽他們口中對女病患及女性人員的敘述令作者感到
訝異。
這個on rounds with是固定片語嗎？可不可以換成on the round with呢？
