其實我也不太懂為什麼在跟對方交涉的時候要提導致虧損這件事，畢竟那是他的問題。
反而說了之後，是否反而顯得我方的要求不合人情??

老實說看完這封信，不管是英文或中文我都有點找不到重點
如果寫信的對象只有Mr. Pan ，好像提了大多關於對方的細節，內容順序也有點混亂
部分單字也用錯，但是我實力不足，沒有辦法按原文修改
我不是英文高手，但是我試著寫出下面這篇，希望大家不吝指教。
Dear Mr. Pan,
According to Mr. Pan's response,
the defective machine will be sent abroad for repair.
To ensure the machine will function properly,
we would like to ask you to present the original inspection reports,
maintenance reports, reliability reports and the related after the repair.
Alternatively, we would like to ask for a new replacement.
The machine is still under warranty,
and it failed 3 times (including this time) in the last 6 months.
It means that the situation didn't improve after 2 times of repair.
Under the same operation condition,
no fault was found in other same type machines.
We would therefore like to ask for a new replacement.
We look forward to your response with regard to the matters described above.
