[求譯] 合約中的contemplated by or embodied in
客戶寄來的保密合約中，有下面這個條款：
Nothing in this Agreement will prohibit the Recipient from developing or
having developed for it products, concepts, systems or techniques that are
similar to or compete with the products, concepts, systems or techniques
contemplated by or embodied in the Confidential Information provided that
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
the Recipient does not violate any of its obligations under this Agreement in
connection with such development.
此條款應該是說不會限制接收方發展自身的產品，即使是與披露方的產品類型或
競爭，只要不要違反保密合約內的義務就好。
只是中間那段一直看不出來它的意思到底是什麼？不知道有沒有人能跟我講一下？謝謝。
