[求譯] 英文合約中的一小段
各位大大這是一份有關保密協議的內容，小的時在是翻的很不順，尤其是(a)(b)兩點，不
知是否可以翻的意思精準一點，謝摟!
The term "Confidential Information" shall mean any and all information
or data which is disclosed by a party to the other party under or
in contemplation of this Agreement and which (a) if in tangible form or
embodied in any other media that can be converted to readable form, is
clearly marked as confidential when disclosed, or (b) if oral, is identified as
confidential on disclosure and is summarized in a writing so marked and
delivered within thirty (30) days following such disclosure.
我覺得我翻的真的很奇怪，應該有點言不及義了..
"機密資料"這個名詞在此份協議中的定義應該表示任何經過許可的資訊或數據由兩者的
其中一方傳遞至另一方並且需在以下兩種形式下成立，(a)若數據或資料為可以被轉換成
閱讀形式的文件(包含實體的資料或是其他表達方式的資料且可轉換成閱讀)時，當此文
件被揭露時即代表是此文件屬機密性質 (b) 當資訊的傳達是以口頭表達，在表達當時
此資訊即具機密文件的性質而且必須在30天內以文字的方式呈報此內容
