求意思
1. You must submit an examination application and fee to: JCNDE
先送examination application到JCNDE
2. You must have school course transcripts verified by: ECE
要送資料去給ECE
a. You must contact ECE and request an application form.The ECE form will
describe what educational credentials are required,
the manner in which to submit them to ECE, and applicable fees.
===和ECE要application form,他會告訴我申請方法、所需資料跟費用
The candidate should indicate on the ECE application that a General Report
on the evaluation of the educational credentials should be sent directly
to the JCNDE. It takes approximately four weeks for ECE to evaluate credentials.
===我要跟ECE說出來的結果直接送到JCNDE, 需大約四週時間評估
b. ECE will send the ECE General Evaluation Report
directly to you and the JCNDE (if you request this on the ECE application).

c. You must be aware that the JCNDE will hold the examination application,
but will not process it before the ECE Evaluation Report is received.

(可是他沒講examination application哪裡拿耶? 是一開始問ECE他會送來嗎)
d. The name on the ECE report must match the name on your application. Any
name changes must be accompanied by legal documentation.

我想請問我的理解有錯嗎? 所以是要先寄信跟ECE要application form
然後寄到JCNDE , 接著把ECE告訴我要認證的東西寄給ECE,讓ECE認證後把評估表
寄給JCNDE
