各位大大好,我寫了一篇"比較當員工與老闆的不同"的文章
請大家幫我看一下,我想文法應該是沒什麼問題,只是單純的想知道如果題目是
"compare working for a company and being a business owner"
我寫那樣可以拿幾分?

Employees or Employers
Some people like to be an employer while others like working for a company.
No matter be an employee or an employer, the similarity is making money.
There are several differences between working for a company and being a
business owner related to income, stress and responsibility.
The income between employees and employers is totally different. Employees
always have same income while the income of employers is based on business.
Although some company increase salary every year, it’s hard to make much
money by working for a company. In addition, the effort is not equal to
income when people work for a company. Some people work hard, but they always
have low salary while bosses can get much money if they work hard.
Even though employees and employers are both suffering from stress, the
degree is different. Employees have to consider about if they can complete
their work while employers consider about if they can maintain the business.
For example, a salesman may suffer from stress due to sales, but employers
suffer from stress due to sales, human resources and investment. In addition,
unlike being an employee, employers spend much time working for their own
business, that’s why many people think being a owner of a company is a hard
work.
The last difference between being an employee and an employer is
responsibility. Although people think that everyone have to work responsibly,
the level is different. Employees have to do their best and achieve their own
goals. On the other hand, employers not only have to achieve the goal, but
also have to take overall responsibility for personnel and social. An owner
of a big company shoulders the responsibility for many families because many
people work at that company. If the company went bankrupt, it means many
people would be out of work. That’s why an owner of a company has more
responsibility than employees.
Some people think to be a successful employer is harder than to be a
successful employee. Although employers and employees are both suffering from
stress and have responsibility to work, the degree of stress and
responsibility are different. Some people like to have own business due to
the income while some people don’t like to have more pressure to make more
money. Although being an employer suffers from more stress and have to more
responsibility, people who want to make more money have to be an employer.
