根據以上題目，有兩個問題想請教大家：
1.這題答案是B，是因為There seems to be~~~~ 永遠等於 It seems to be~~~嗎？
還是單純只是在這個句子裡，兩種意思相同？
2.請問There seem to be這句型中，seem後面加不加s，是看be後面的名詞單複數
來做決定嗎？
