一、地方特色產業的選定應與歷史背景文化淵源相配合。
二、地方政府主導地方特色產業發展。
三、地方政府有效摒除地方派系掣肘。
四、住民、商圈業者社區意識為地方特色產業發展的後盾。
五、陶藝地方特色產業成功轉型為科技陶工的副品牌。
