[請益] Will not V ? Will not be Ving?
我在看TOEIC 的閱讀
看到有一段是這樣說的
Since Living Well(一個健身中心) does not prorate fees,
we will not be refunding the unused portion of your membership contract.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
搞不太懂為什麼要這樣用，而不是寫 will not refund ?
