a在取得b的獨家代理權之前, b在a取得代理前所銷售及正在洽談的客戶,屬乙方所有,
即便是在a取得b的代理權後也仍不可以干涉, 除非b同意, 否則a在此兩種狀況下皆不得干涉.

has no rights to interfare. Unless get the permit from party b.

是否可以有更漂亮或者是更修飾的翻法呢?
另外,除非....否則.....要怎麼表達比較好?!
