小事樂團主唱持田香織初次挑戰全馬!
知名小事樂團的主唱持田香織,在巡迴演唱會的旅程上,跟粉絲宣布要去參加12月14日
在美國夏威夷州舉辦的「2014檀香山馬拉松」,這次也是持田第一次挑戰全馬。
持田透露說:
「只能努力了呢!不知道能不能跑得完,途中能看到什麼樣的景色呢?
又能獲得什麼樣的經驗呢?完賽之後,一定會有滿滿的收穫。我會加油的!」

剛看完這個新聞,然後就看到阿湄的一些推文,也去看了左右FB上的一些留言,
我想應該適合分享出來給阿湄與板上的各位看看了。
跑步是個很奇怪的運動,基本上是沒有時間限制的,唯一限制的就是自己。
當自己決定不想再跨出下一步時,那就game over了。
途中會累嗎?(超累。)
會想用走的嗎?(超想。)
幹嘛自找苦吃?一堆人都在家爽爽的吹冷氣?(我也好想停下來....)
10K抽筋時,還有32K要跑,怎辦?放棄?(幹~怎樣都要撐完,還要幫小朋友募款阿)
這是上周差點卦在安平星光馬的心裡對話。
抽筋後繼續跑真它媽的痛。。。。。。。
或許很多人無法體會,但想勉勵阿湄的是.....
雖然會有很多人的"指教",但也算是種難得的經驗,得來不易的機會,就好好把握吧!
妳這麼聰明,一定有辦法從中學到更多的。
如果痛了,停下腳步拉拉筋就可以繼續向前跑了。
即使步伐很小,但仍然向著終點的方向前進。
加油啦!!!!
