潘萣翔減輕膝蓋負擔 添購NBA球員常用裝備

中信兄弟內野手潘萣翔本周重回一軍行列,他透露先前右膝出現積水的狀況,特別去買
NBA球員常用的護膝,希望能有保護效果,並且減輕膝蓋負荷。
5月13日潘萣翔降下二軍,這段時間在二軍打了17場比賽,直到昨天才回到一軍,潘萣翔
表示,由於過往疲勞累積,導致膝蓋不適,後來發現是右膝積水,為了減輕疼痛,之前在
防護員建議下,特別買了護膝,跟許多NBA球員使用的款式相同,希望能有保護效果,讓
膝蓋的負荷不要那麼重。
潘萣翔表示,護膝穿在球褲裡面,剛開始穿有點不太習慣,後來經過適應期,現在已經慢
慢習慣了。
