這邊不知道你所謂的memory是指哪種. SRAM ? register file ?. 你用 primepower 跑出來的value也不一定準,因為那些也是根據. cell library 裡面的index所算出來的,基本上如果你要一個可靠. 的power estimation 的話,我會建議你

請問一下高手們. 小弟想請教一下在做cell-based IC design時. 要怎麼測memory的power呢. 我在memory的.lib裡找到的值跟我用Design Compiler report_power的值. 差很多耶 在來我把合成完後的netlist灌pattern下去用prime
