[問題] Silvaco模擬ITO能帶

各位先進大家好，小弟最近在模擬元件，電極是ITO，按理講電極能帶會隨偏壓上下調變，但小弟模擬出來的能帶卻始終pin在0V。(圖一) 後來找元件中有ITO的範例，其ITO能帶也是pin在0V。(圖二、三) http://i.imgur.com/m5E6Uc6.jpg
