[問題] 想請問這個MOS曲線
請問各位大大，
紅色這條線是一般平面電晶體的Q-C曲線，
想了很久不知道這是用哪個方程推倒過來的
在鐵電的部分我已經從Gibbs Free Energy推倒完了，也畫出相似的曲線，只剩下一般MOS
的部分。

假如從一般C-V的各區域對應到的方程下手好像也得不出這條曲線，
想請問各位對於這條曲線有什麼想法嗎？
