[問題]hspice掃描W/L變數設定與rds之變化
題目如下
For an NMOS transistor with W/L=4, VGS=0.75V and
VDS=0.5V,
use HSPICE to plot gds and rds as a function of
channel length (L=0.18~2um).
Comment on the result.

我把x設為1u變數，再用.dc去變動
但這樣好像跑不出我要的值
不知道錯在哪?

找到問題了，hspicerf不支援lx8指令
